About Me

After twenty years teaching in a variety of public and private elementary schools in the USA, I know the standards/expectations for each of the elementary grades like the back of my hand. I can easily weave them into almost any lesson or discussion that might arise while following the interests of my individual students.

It's my superpower! Every student is unique, and classes are designed accordingly.

Certifications

I am currently certified to teach by both the state of Idaho and the American Montessori Society. I'm also a TEFL certified native English speaker.

Approach

I pride myself in my patience, kindness, and commitment to my students. I love working with kids, and while I do miss teaching in the classroom, I absolutely love being able to give my online students the focused attention and one-on-one care that these virtual classes are designed to provide.
