Small Group Language Instruction
Students work with an experienced teacher in a very small group (2-3 students max) for weekly practice with listening, reading, and conversational English. Each fifty-five minute session has a social focus, and includes a variety of conversational games.

Individualized Tutoring and Language Instruction
This is a good option for students who tend to be more hesitant speaking in groups, or for those with very specific academic needs such as building reading fluency, practicing grammar/syntax, preparing for testing, improving writing skills, and/or transitioning into a new school system.

Get the best of both worlds! Students who are currently enrolled in one of my small-group language classes are eligible for 1/2 hour of one-on-one weekly sessions at a discounted rate. This is the most effective way to maximize progress in group lessons! $10

Please contact me to discuss if this program might be a good fit for your child! (Sometimes we're limited by peer-tutor availability and the reality of time-zones.) Rest assured that both students and peer-tutors are expected to have proven themselves respectful and enthusiastic communicators. A commitment to attendance is also required for this program. (Students and tutors are understandably quite sad if their "buddy" doesn't arrive!) Note: Peer tutors are paid for their time, but are not professional teachers.
